Char-Sammie Board

A combination of mini-sammies and charcuterie fixings …which may vary board by board, but we promise it’ll be hearty and lovely.

We consider one chicken salad mini-croissant a single serving and a half-club a single serving. For our blend of sammies and charcuterie fixings, we create 1/2 sandwiches 1/2 charcuterie fixings. For example, our small board that serves 8 will be made with 4 sandwiches and the other half will be traditional charcuterie fixings.

Serving sizes are below:

Small feeds roughly 6-8 guests.

Medium feeds roughly 10-14 guests.

Large feeds roughly 16-20 guests.

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST A SEVEN DAY HEADS UP ON ALL CATERING ORDERS.

We’ll fill in the gaps with meats, cheeses, crackers, and all the typical charcuterie fixings. Of course, we can customize the sandwich or details on the boards. Just shoot us a message!
